Enter your AFPPA membership number in the User name field.

• Example 1: Membership number is 9999. You would enter 9999 as your User name.
  
  
• Example 2: Membership number is 1. You would enter 1 as your User name.
  
  

Enter your last name as your password. (Capitalize the first letter.) Entries are case-sensitive.

• Example: Name is Jane Jones. You would enter Jones for your password.
